All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked to ensure peace of mind and reliable delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
We offer flat rate shipping of £3.99 across the UK, no matter how many items you order.
As all items are made to order or personalised, our usual processing time is up to 15 working days. During busy periods or launches, this may be slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.
We currently only ship within the UK.
Once dispatched, delivery is in the hands of Royal Mail. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email us and we’ll do our best to help.
